Individuals or organizations functioning in an administrative capacity or participating in MAYSA programs using web or email based communication methods for the required operations of MAYSA programs may be required to provide selected personal information to participate in those programs.
If personal information is requested through the web site or otherwise volunteered by the user it may be distributed to others within the MAYSA membership in maintenance of the MAYSA's ability to provide communication services to its membership. Personal information may be submitted to MAYSA by an affiliate member through their registration process. MAYSA does not intend to publicly publish any personal youth player data obtained through its player registration system on the MAYSA web site. Youth may also register on-line or through other means for non-player or other MAYSA volunteer activities or positions frequently held by adults.
