Volunteering for MAYSA

Although MAYSA does employ staff to accomplish the many tasks required to offer leagues and a 60 acre facility to our membership, there are still aspects of our operation that benefit from the contribution of a person's most valuable asset: one's time. There are also elements that would come to a grinding halt without this priceless contribution.

How can you get involved?

  • Guide the organization.
  • MAYSA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that meets monthly to give direction to operations. This is a three year commitment that also involves contributing ideas, decisions, and insight. For a more thorough explanation please review the Roles of the MAYSA Board of Directors. Individuals self-nominate themselves for this role. Get Nomination Form.
  • Saavy with Adobe Illustrator? Lend your technical expertise!
  • MAYSA is eager to present a web site that is fresh and conennects with our membership. An effort in that direction is to post pictures submitted by our membership on our web site. Pictures will need to be formatted for use on the site. Your knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would take us to the next level. Please contact Chris Lay by email or phone at 276-9030 extension 302 for details of this project
