Registering for the Kindergarten Program is simple.

1. Complete the downloadable Registration Form
2. Make check for appropriate amount payable to "MAYSA"
3. Mail the complete registration form and check to

Registrations are due to the MAYSA offices by March 1st. After March 1, placement on teams is subject to availability.
