MAYSA AGM: February 21, 2010

The 2010 Madison Area Youth Soccer Association Annual General Meeting will be held at the Town of Westport Administration Building (5387 Mary Lake Rd, Waunakee, WI 53597).

Club Presidents should RSVP via an e-mail no later than Friday, February 19 by sending an e-mail, confirming attendance to clay@maysa.org. You are also reminded that delegates (elected club officials) attending in lieu of the Club President must submit a signed proxy form to the MAYSA office via mail (5964 Executive Dr., Ste 1, Madison, WI 53719) or fax 276-0119.
