MAYSA AGM: February 22 2012

The 2012 Madison Area Youth Soccer Association Annual General Meeting will be held at the Town of Westport Administration Building (5387 Mary Lake Rd, Waunakee, WI 53597) on Wednesday February 22 at 6:30pm.

Club Presidents should RSVP via an e-mail no later than Feb.14, 2012 by sending an e-mail, confirming attendance to maysa@maysa.org. You are also reminded that delegates (elected club officials) attending in lieu of the Club President must submit a signed proxy form to the MAYSA office via mail (5964 Executive Dr., Ste 1, Madison, WI 53719) or fax 276-0119.
