Each year at the Ice Age, we collect food to support area food banks. How much food can we collect this year?
Any team that contributes more than 50 lbs of food will receive one adidas Speedcell Replique size 5 soccer ball. A $33 value!This year the team that donates the most food (by weight) will win a $150 coupon from Middleton Sports and Fitness. Second prize is an 'Instabench'. General Information
- * CONTINUING THIS YEAR * Every team (including Madison area teams) must present a completed waiver signed by a parent or guardian for each player participating in this event. New this year: This form is two sided with important information about the risk of Concussions. Please read and sign both sides. These documents will be checked by tournament staff at team check in and must be kept on the sideline of every game during this event.
- Out of state teams MUST use this waiver. Out of state registration forms, waiver, or medical release statements will not be honored.
- Wisconsin teams may present a copy of their player registration form provided that it includes language releasing WYSA and/or MAYSA in the release of liability and medical waiver text.
Guest players are appropriate-age players registered to teams in other clubs. Up to 3 guest players are permitted per team for this event. Guest players must be listed on an approved roster from your state association:
