Manager's Checklist

Team Manager Check In Times

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at the MAYSA office 9am-5pm (Friday until 3pm)
• Saturday at Reddan Soccer Park, at least 1 hour prior to first game.

Documents required for Check In

• A copy of the official MAYSA roster for your team, available from your club.
• Included with the roster, a list of any guest players. See MAYSA Cup Guest Player Policy & Roster

• Release of Liability and Consent for Medical Treatment form for each player, OR a copy of the MAYSA player registration form with the language included.

• Also, please communicate Reddan Park Rules to your teams in advance of the tournament.
• And, don't forget to order Parking Passes in advance! Passes are $6/day, $10/weekend at the event. In advance, passes are $8/weekend. Order your passes online when you register your team or go here: Download Advance Discount Parking Pass
