  • Out of state teams MUST use the WYSA Event Medical Release Form. Out of state registration forms, waiver, or medical release statements will not be honored.
  • MAYSA teams may either use the WYSA Event Medical Release Form (link above), OR present a copy of their MAYSA player registration form provided that it includes the waiver/medical release language. OR any WYSA team may use a printed copy of the WYSA Membership Form, obtained with online registration. A paper form of any of these options is required at all Reddan tournaments.
Bringing a Guest Player?

Guest players are appropriate-age players registered to teams in other clubs. Up to 3 guest players are permitted per team for this event. Guest players must be listed on an approved roster from your state association:

Wisconsin Guest Player Request

Teams from other states attending WI tournaments should use their state's method of approving guest players for a tournament. Please refer to your state association website.

Club Passing Players

Appropriate-age recreational or classic players from different teams registered in the same club, are considered part of the team's formal roster and are not counted against the 3 guest player limit. A team may use up to 4 club passing players. They may be hand-written onto the approved roster. (This does not apply to state level players, who must always be used as 'guest' players.) Club passing players must have player pass cards at the tournament. Contact the MAYSA office if player pass cards are needed for recreational players. Don't forget waivers for all club passing players!

Parking at Event:
There will be a fee to park in all Reddan Soccer Park parking lots. At the event, parking passes cost $10/weekend ($6/day). Parking passes may be purchased in advance for LESS (see 'PARKING' link to left.)
Documents for Check in:
Please visit the "Check In/Check List" page for what documents are needed by each team to complete the check in process for our events.
